Been depressed without a job for almost a year, have had suicidal thoughts and all... I now just finished doing this work out and I will try to do it everyday because I want to get better and I will get better. I refuse to surrender to my depression. I hope this fighting spirit lasts forever. Thanks for the video.

Whenever I'm exercising I hate it when someone just walks in the room cuz I get really embarrassed.. is it just me?

Please don't be mean guys...
I am 17F and 320 lbs. I feel gross all the time because of my weight, but if my heart rate gets too high, it's an immediate panic attack. Obviously this makes working out hard. Finally made it through this video after a month and a half of trying a couple times a week! Had to stop twice to calm the anxiety down, but that was only 30 second breaks each! I am so proud of myself and hope this is just the beginning of my journey!

the first workout on youtube that didn't frustrate me because I "couldn't do it" ! Really focussed on people who are truly beginners :) Love it!!

ok, i've been doing this workout once a day, every second day (slacking, I know. ). I added the minute standing ab workout, every so often. drinking more water, had a smoothie for breakfast on a few days, stayed away from snacking on junk. I've lost 5lbs. I've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks. I have a toddler, whom joins me as my weight for the bridge and squats. SO keep at it guys, If I notice anymore improvements on myself, I'll post it here.

I'm overweight/obese for my age and I'm trying to take control of it. Starting a low carb diet and vigorous exercise 3 times a week, then gradually getting better. My goal is just to get healthier overall. I love finding channels that truly support you and guide you along the way, because even if you never see this, I feel the support from everyone here. Good luck to all of you!💕💕

Thank you VERY MUCH! I´m a 60 year old woman, in Burgos, Spain, and I was beginning to be very stressed and anxious at home now for 2.5 weeks, because of this virus thing. Your workout is an excellent way to keep healthy and sane... (and not kill my husband! =) ) Thx!

I want to do more workouts. Today I randomly did one of your workouts. I have not worked out in a long time and I rarely workout. I felt like i was dying during this workout. That just made me want to do more so i WONT QUIT

"No Equipment needed" is all fun and games till you're on the floor wrecking your knees cause you don't own a yoga mat

I've managed to do this every night for about two weeks now. The first time I was dead and sweating like death after. Now it's easier and I've had to upgrade some of the moves. I also do the video from this channel that's goal is to make you able to do splits. It has made me more flexible and I can stretch better now as well. Lastly I go to Yoga with Adrienne and follow one of her 20 min yoga videos to stretch what ever muscles are sore at the time (mostly my lower back). I've noticed a definite improvement already in less than a month and I started from a zero. My only other exercise is riding a bike 15 min to uni and back and I started that at the same time. I'm going to keep up with this and make things more difficult as needed. I prefer this over gym any day.
