Finally, I managed to finish the whole 15-minute workout, and it took me 2 weeks to do so. i can barely go through the first 3 minutes of this video when I first started. I'm so proud of myself!

When you get up late but don’t want to feel like a slug because you missed a workout, this is perfect. I’ve discovered I can do just about anything for 20 seconds! (Except full push up and sit ups are right out.). This channel has become my favorite. I used to do a lot of PopSugar, but their chattiness annoyed me. This is perfect, and I’m feeling more confident in my abilities after every workout. Thanks!!

I went from 57kg to 52kg by doing this cardio and eating in a calorie deficit for 3-4 months last year. Sadly though, I gained most of them weight back again (currently at 56kg) from overeating that I think was caused due to stress since this year has been pretty rough for me. I stopped working out and lived my days sedentarily but now I'm back and ready to reset everything. Keep going guys, you got this.

I really appreciate having the two different levels of difficulty, makes this much more attainable! Also, I don't know what witchcraft this is, but after this workout I felt like a new person, so much energy my roommate though I was going to explode

Literally didn’t work out for the last 30 days cause I couldn’t bring myself to in the midst of full time work and full time school. But I’m back at it. Todays day 1 and I was absolutely crushed by this workout. Took a few extra breaks but made sure to get the whole thing in. I’ll be back tmrw and try to see if I can crush it. Thank you for the workout.

Hi Juice and Toya I am teaching a PE class to 10th-12th graders online. We just finished up a yoga unit and for Valentines week we started a heart health unit. Our first day was your "15 min. Full body Cardio Workout (no equipment)". You two did great! What made it work for us both genders represented, at least 2 levels (Toya, we see you wanting to step it up, lol), dressed appropriately (often the exercise videos have to much skin to show to a group of public school students), incorporated all the major areas of the body, music with no words, a timer on right side, and showing the next movement on the right side with the name of the exercise, lastly it did not need equipment (many of the students do not have access to exercise equipment). This is very helpful and appreciated because, as the teacher I do not have the right cameras and or sounds to make videos, not to mention I am not as young or fit as I use to be. If possible it would be great if there was different ages with you 6 ft. apart of course. This could promote families joining in the 15min. interval fun time! Take care and thank you.

I know that I’m late to the game right now with this particular post and work out, I’ve been doing you guys for a little while here and there and it’s been great. But here’s the thing, I like it so much better when you guys actually talk into the camera. Sometimes when it’s too quiet, I find it that it’s harder to work out when it’s too silent. I love the fact that you guys were talking the whole time! Please make videos where you guys are talking a little bit more maybe. Anyway, thank you for the workouts! 😅
