Just turned 63 and thought I was in pretty decent shape. This workout kicked my butt. Thought 40 seconds would be easy but some I couldn’t complete. Excellent workout looking forward to improving and know I will feel so much better.

Hey man, just wanted to say that this is perfect. I’m a beginner to working out and following this was rediculously challenging but the feeling afterward is like no other. You really make the user put in the effort, and the minute they feel like they’re about to fail you stop, take a break, and switch to a different exercise that the person has a easier time with

Thanks for this! I've finally decided to get back in shape, and this is the bodyweight workout I've been looking for! Thanks for showing the modified exercises, they helped me to not get discouraged on the movements that I couldn't do properly.
