Join us for a 15 min SEATED OR STANDING ARM WORKOUT that will build muscle in your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back.

There are two sets of three exercises, each done twice. Each exercise is done for 50 seconds with 20 seconds of rest. You get a longer rest between the two sets.

This is a great requested arm workout that helps to build biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back muscles. This is an important area to reflect on for upper body strength; as well as for wearing short sleeve tops or dresses. It is great to see the acknowledgement for the person who requested the workout. I was also happy to see Mochi and hearing his meows indicating it was his feeding time. Please tell Aiko hello for me as well as petting Mochi. I just finished by FIRST arm workout with you and mom. 3 lb weights and I DID IT. I love your calm and caring approach and manner. I am going to look for more low impact videos of yours. Thank you!
