This 15 minute workout uses a set of dumbbells and bodyweight moves to strengthen and tone your body. Keeping all moves lower impact and lower intensity, you'll still get your heart pumping to burn fat and calories, moving at a beginner's pace to learn form and function.

I've been doing this workout for about a month now, three times a week. What has changed? My stomach is three inches smaller. I have noticeably more energy throughout the day. I feel stronger and more confident, and my mood's improved! I also started with two two pound dumbbells and now I use five or eight pound dumbbells while I follow along. I'm going to continue with this for another month or some, then look into moving onto some more of Amy's videos. What a difference this as made, wow!

I hated exercises for years and years because i pushed myself too much and got super super worn out and couldn't find peace with it. UNTIL I SAW THIS AND I COULD ACTUALLY BREATHE WHILE I WORKED OUT??? I get out of breath so quickly but this made me feel peaceful. THANK YOU I HOPE I ACHIEVE MY GOAL <3

I’m a person that hates the gym. I’ve been lost doing random exercises for years. I did this exercise and it was PERFECT for me! Slow and steady. I did 4 sets of each exercise and boy did I feel it the next day! Thank you again!

I turn 53 tomorrow and am in the worst shape of my life. I used to be shredded in my 30s and early 40s, however hormonal imbalances that were diagnosed at 46 (Hashimoto's, which I now believe was driven by fluctuating sex hormones and chronic severe stress fue to unresolved childhood trauma and intense work stress) contributed to gluten and casein intolerance, exercise intolerance, depression-like low mood and 30-pound weight gain. I am committed to taking bank my health with Jesus Christ staying today. It was humbling to start from square one with a beginner workout like this but empowering that I could do the entire workout and feel good and energized afterwards instead of being couch-ridden for 2 days afterwards. The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step - and completing this workout just now was that single step. Here we go. I'm here for it. With Christ by my side, I am never alone and I'm not alone in this journey to restore my body which is a container for Holy Spirit. Let's go❤

After battling depression, GAD and an ED for the past 5 years I really want to get back to being healthy. I lost a lot of weight and muscle so even the easiest exercises are a challenge. I really appreciate these videos for beginners, thank you!

This is the first time I’ve ever finished a workout with dumbbells and didn’t hate it! I actually felt great — like I could keep going. Thanks so much for this video! I have dealt with injuries to my knee and back that make doing workouts normally difficult and sometimes bring pain. Doing this video for a while and I love all your options and suggestions for doing it without pain. I am finally getting stronger, thank you!

I have never enjoyed working out but since I found this particular workout in June I get up every morning and do it. I have tried other Body Fit workouts but I keep coming back to this one. Amy is the first person I see every morning and so enjoy working out now. Thank you!

I’m working out for the first time today and found this video as a good starter full body workout (with dumbbells). I didn’t think it would be this thorough and intense but I was happily surprised. Can’t wait to do more of this in the future as well as some of the other videos.

I’ll also be walking three times a week and do two or three days of stretches and dumbbells. I’ll keep everyone updated on how this goes.
