to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

I went to this location and knew that a gentle yoga flow will be perfect for it! The beauty of the mangroves , the calmness of the lake and the motherly protection of the range of hills behind by themselves are enough to calm your mind and help you relax 😄

Join me on your mats and let's gently explore this beautiful creation that you call your "body".

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Thank you so much Radhika mam you are a real guru in my life I have been practicing yoga from you from 2 year and it has helped me physically as well as mentally, it has changed my perspective towards life I have just gave my class 12 exam this year new phase is starting in my life and am appearing for an entrance exam in May please give me your best Because by the end of the day if guru's hand is on her shishyas head then she can do anything. Everyone!

I have gone through too many things gym, bodybuilding, protein intake!
But gym can't give you inner satisfaction and relaxation. Bodybuilding has external benefits.
Yoga on otherhand, strengthens inner body strength and peace. It's natural!

I've decided to give my entire life to it!

Day 16 completed. Feeling good. I heard cracklings in my knees and back while stretching. It felt so good.

This is a nice routine to do on a Friday after a long commute home from work. If you do not eat before leaving work nor during your commute, the 3 hour period without food is easily achieved. Yes, it was an excellent location for the practice. Thank you, Satvic Yoga!

I am practicing this particular video from last 12 days and now experiencing a significant change in my body and mind. The restlessness of mind has reduced to a great extent and I am feeling really good.

This is my first day as I got to know just today and I'm very much excited about it. Hopefully I'll learn yoga and meditation and make it a part of my daily life and reduce stress anxiety and overthinking.
