In today's class we mellow out a bit more and focus on stretching and opening up. I planned the course so that you would have a nice balance of strong class and classes focused on flexibility.

I'll admit I was disappointed when day 15 came and you said to go back and repeat the first 15 but having been doing those first classes again, I recant my disappointment. It's like doing a completely different class when you do it the second time. I am amazed at how little I remember of the classes even though it was just a couple weeks ago! I really like the idea you've stressed in some classes of keeping the energy channels open. It's a good reminder to relax in the pose, not to block up. One teacher described it as finding the shivasana in every pose. So while I miss the sense of being in this together from the daily emails, I am really enjoying this series. Thank you TIm (and Ollie of course for his steadfast company)

I did a HIIT class yesterday and day 5 of your class. Today I walked 5 miles with friends, finishing with day 6 when I returned home. It was perfect. Ollie also brings me so much peace. He certainly is an example of living in the moment. Thank you for bringing your sidekick to class. Namaste.

This was my 47th consecutive day doing Yoga with you and my favorite practice yet. It really came at the right time. My body definitely needed the time to rest and stretch. Well done Tim!

Very grateful for the "deep time" you take throughout your practices Tim. 🙏 In-depth exploration of the muscle groups, in-depth exploration and understanding of emotions and how they are connected to certain parts/poses. Since you've explained the muscle groups on the lower back so well, me and my pelvis have become best friends and I literally feel so grounded every time I lie on my back.

As a runner who wakes up stiff too often, this is a great start to the day to open myself up b4 my day or b4 another more flowing yoga practice! Have had this saved in my my playlist for awhile now👍🏾

I like repeating the first two weeks. It's nice to see the poses that were rough at first are coming more naturally to me.
