After having a sleepless night having a sore arm after booster jab yesterday here in UK, my thoughts were, well, i’m 73, at my age, I could miss one yoga practice. But when I read some of the truly inspirational replies from some amazing people on this forum, I decided to work through todays session carefully. So glad I did, I feel amazingly - still got sore arm, but that will ease. You brave people have humbled and inspired this older lady to continue yoga with Adrienne that I have been doing over more than 6 years. Love and hugs and blessings to all out there 💕🙏x

As an adult survivor of childhood abuse and trauma in the UK, with crippling mental health challenges, I still rock up to the mat each day before my working day begins; thus, setting the intention for body, and mind. I was a sceptic before, but now, I am plant-based, given up alcohol and caffeine, and whilst my existence is still marred by catastrophic damage, I can live, work, create, and deserve my place on Mother Gaia. Thank you, Adriene, and the global yogic community xxx

As someone who has struggled with depression for almost four years, I'm trying to live day by day with no rush- just taking moment by moment. Yoga with Adrienne is such a big part of it! I used to wake up so sad, and anxious about living one more time like "it's not gonna work, it never does" but now, I wake up better bc the only first thing I need to do is yoga, and I love it so much 💓

Haven’t practiced in a over a year because I associated it with being a chore 😢 Turned it on today because I was tired of feeling broken and upset, , I wept because I missed the feeling of tuning into the inner way that I feel and healing myself. Yoga is life changing and truly is an essential piece of learning to love yourself ❤ Thanks a million xo namaste 🙏

That was a beautiful yoga practice, thank you so much Adriene. I really needed this practice today, I woke up feeling awful. I was sore, and felt sick, and new straight away that I needed to get on the mat. Your yoga is always a core for me, when my Fibromyalgia is making me feel terrible. Oh, Adriene, I thank you. I've been doing your videos for several years and I can easily say this is one of the most powerful ones yet. I will be putting my 19 year old cat down later this week. I cried for more than half of this video. Actual full on waterfalls rolling down my cheeks. I didn't even try to hold back - I just let go. This video released so much of the tension I've been carrying these past few weeks. I'm so scared for the weeks to come because I know I'll never be the same. I'm not ready to meet this new version of myself. I thank you for your love and comfort and support. Your videos have been with me for years and I know I am going to turn to them THE MOST for the next while.

I spoke to myself of myself as if I was a friend, saying, "I love how you..." I considered myself in the same perspective as I would consider some of the dear people in my life. And then I said, "Thank you. I love you, " as if I was my own partner. And it was wonderful

I’ve been using your videos to help me recover from a car crash and brain surgery.
As a 39 year old bloke who’s trained hard and safe all his life I find your particular brand of yoga very rewarding
I just need a pneumatic drill to take care of the spasticated neck muscles now
