Giving you something a little different today with this NO talking stretch routine. I know sometimes when you’ve had an overwhelming day, all you want to do is relax and NOT have to listen to another voice. This routine are for those kind of days ❤️ Let me know what you guys think!

ey you. Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

I don't know if you'll ever see this. But I've been doing your workouts for a few months now. And sometimes my anxiety is getting so huge that I just start exercising. That helps me a lot. And your workouts are like working out with a good friend who is able to calm me down 😊 I hope that doesn't sound weird lol 🙈 but THANK YOU ❤️

Day 4 done! Honestly needed this after yesterdays leg day and I drank too much last night with my husband and am definitely feeling the effects😂 so this was wonderful ❤️ proud of myself for doing this and I’m excited to tackle next week!

Day 4 of the December challenge done✅
I love stretching. I am an ex professional ballet student, and stretching was always my strong side, and I gotta say, this routine was great, and very relaxing. I want to stretch everyday, because I do not want to lose my flexibility, so this will be one of my favorite routine, that is simple, for a tougher day.

I personally loved the no talking! It was so peaceful, and the bell ringing gave me enough time to look back at the screen. I also knew I could relax in my stretch instead of being glued to the screen since I knew you weren't going to do a lot of movement in each cue. My new favorite yoga video!

I find it hard to stay in the moment with the stretch not knowing what’s coming up and having to look over at my screen. But I do love minimal talking and keeping it mostly silent! I also think 25 minutes is the perfect amount of time to stretch, feels long but my mind didn’t begin to wander. Thank you Maddie!!

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 3 (er, 4): Complete ✅

I did the plan a bit out of order, as I REALLY needed a good stretch today (I was stressed), and my lower body was a bit too sore for the previously scheduled day 3 leg workout. I'll try and hit the Day 3 lower body workout soon. (I also started the whole challenge a day early). Anyway! I've done this stretch a lot before, it's one of my particular favorites, so I was happy to see it on the program 🙂 I'm adding a bonus challenge for myself this month, which is that I'm making it my endeavor to say something positive about myself each time I finish a day in the challenge. If anyone will join me, drop your Day 4 compliments down below 👇🏻

I used to be pretty strict with schedules, even when they did me more harm than good. So today, I'm happy that I've become a more flexible person and am willing to tweak the December challenge as I need to for the benefit of my personal wellbeing 👏🏻 I can't wait to continue the program!

I love all your videos for so many reason and one of the biggest is there is not a bad much of talking. Simple instructions with the sweetest attitude and voice. Fully feminine and wonderful!
