Those back stretches after the seated pigeon poses were everything! I could tell I was right in those areas.

May I just suggest that maybe you can leave a little bit more time of the video after you stop speaking in the end so we can stop the ad that starts after the video. I just felt so relaxed laying down and all of a sudden a super loud ad started after your calming voice. Thank you for providing these amazing practices, Jessica! It is a blessing to have you here 🥰

I always have a problem with stress and anxiety. In this month I decided every day doing yoga for good sleep. So, I did a lot of trainings on different channels, and you the best! You have really cool, relax video and you training very relaxed. I sleep better and have improved body stretching! Thank you for your video!! P.S. sorry about my English!!🦋

I can't thank you enough for this video. I was having a terrible day today and I went out to eat with my family and I had to make myself not cry in the restaurant, when I got home I decided to do some yoga to help with my feelings and I literally chose the perfect video for me today. Thank you so much!! Now I feel like living again haha. Thank you <3

Those back twists were everything I needed... They felt so good. I felt every bit of the twist telling me it was exactly what I need. I usually don't do 30 min practices but this will be on repeat. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much ☺️🕉️

This was so relaxing, I can't even begin to describe how incredibly calm I feel within my soul. I feel like I am ready for bed after this and I know I am going to sleep amazingly because of this practice. It truly changed my night! THANK YOU JESSICA SO MUCH <3

I love your bedtime practices. They are so deeply calming and I love that you include stretches for the often-neglected body parts. I would love to see some shorter bedtime practices, like maybe 10-15 minutes
