This slow flow practice will help you to relax and rejuvenate and walk away feeling extra good. Move slowly through a warm up to open the spine, side body, chest and shoulders. We will incorporate a few twists, hip/hamstring stretches and shoulder openers in the main sequence. Cool down with wide legged forward fold, side lunge, supine twist and a deeply relaxing savasana.

Thanks for your help. I'm a 72 year old weightlifter who overtrained and needed a hernia repair.
First learned yoga back in 1970 so have always been aware of the practice.
Your lessons have been a godsend to me for my rehab.
When an older athlete, who clings to the precious ability he has, slides off the road and crashes they must keep their mind grounded. Thank you for extending your skills. You may not realize it but what you do is so valuable.

I’ve struggled to stay consistent with a routine for the well being of my body without exerting my muscles and not feeling burnt out..but I am so glad I came across the term called restorative yoga and stumbled across your channel. Beautiful class as always 🧘🏻‍♀️ I’ve been doing your videos daily for about 5 months now as I recover from a head injury.
