Perfect timing for the return of this one. I only managed about four hours of sleep. I am so glad there was not a 40+ minute video scheduled. If I have some extra steam after work, I will add another sequence. For now, I will simply consider it a 'rest' day.

I felt the joy in this sweet quickie today, remembering in tree pose to press up out of my standing leg to protect my hip. As a senior yogi i enjoyed focus and balance by pressing my foot into my calf, nice and low ... perfect. Now I am ready for a short 15 minute workout to keep me fit and positive. See you tomorrow on the mat 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🙏

Blessed Beloved Refresh Yogis! Day 8 was right on time. Ironically, with my limited time this morning a short session is perfect. The heart openers aided in upper back relief. I skipped my headstand practice again due to back tension. I am refreshed and ready for meditation. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋

Awesome knocking on heaven's door practice again. I love the tree pose at the end of this practice doin mine with spread arms like Kate Winslet with standing one leg and that seals the deal for today's workout.

Balancing poses are usually pretty challenging for me. Today was the first time i was able to take a variation of tree pose without falling.

This one felt good after meditation and a three plus hour busride back home last night. I got in after 1:30am but feel fully charged after some days on the northeast coast and an afternoon on Korea's famous Seoraksan mountains.

When I was doing knocking on heaven's door, my husband kept checking the screen to see if that was really what Adriene was doing as well haha :D. My lack of sleep really came crashing in at the end of this, so looking forward for some well-needed rest :)
