20 minute Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation | Day 9 of Beginner Camp

Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

Today's flow involves lots of holds, deep stretches and grounding asanas. Did you know that many of our unresolved emotions are stored in the body? Your hips, neck, shoulders, chest hold unreleased emotions like guilt, shame, self-doubt and fear. By holding asanas for long durations, we are able to release these suppressed emotions and feel a sense of newness and freshness in our personality.

So, jump onto your mat and be prepared for some inner-work!

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Day 9, 20 June 2023 Back again after a long long break.. i slept very less like almost 4 hours last night and this session helped me released stress and tension my body was producing due to lack of sleep.. Thank you for making me feel more energised and that's true that facial expressions are the ones that determines our mood...Thank You so much Universe for this healing session 😄

OH MY GOD

I am on my periods and haven't done yoga on 2, 3, 4 day bcoz of excessive bleeding. Today my bleeding was less so I did and trust me my body is relaxed. I was able to stretch deeper...yeah I didn't do ball pose properly bcoz still am on periods and it was uncomfortable...btw I lost 4kg by doing yoga and intermittent fasting. 😃😃😃

21 march 2023, day 9 back again after a break of 4 days. i really loved todays flow it was relaxing and stress relieving i really loved it and enjoyed it. From today onwards i will try to be more consistent and ya i really wanna say that aapse yoga sikh kar bahut acha lgta hai i have tried others too but with you its different you make it more fun and cool. ya thank you universe and radhika didi for an awesome session.

Day 9, May 10 2023 It was so much relaxing flow and during the session i got to realise that it's only me who will have to take care of my body nobody is coming to save me, help me and stuff, its only me we must not take our body for granted and take care of it as much as we can.. Let's not get -vely influenced by others and do what is right for and what we feel like doing . Thank you So much Universe for this session.😄
