Let your stress melt away with this gentle yoga flow with full body stretches.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I'm going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We'll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath - Sama Vritti Pranayama.

This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you're experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We'll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!

yoga changed my mindset, as a young male adult this was such a relief to find out, to all men that doubt doing yoga, try it please. its amazing for your mental and physical, thank you kassandra 💙💙

I used to be pretty active.
I gained a lot of weight and unfortunately became quite sedentary. I saw this video and thought 15 minutes. I can try 15 minutes. Well it was wonderful. I have tears streaming down my face right now as I am so filled with gratitude. Thank you for setting attainable goal for me. I am filled with a lot of hope right now.

I did this flow after work and let me just say I had a terrible day and was so stressed out just now. Plus a poor night's sleep that just made me irritable and unable to cope with my stressful day. Then I did this flow and just felt it all melt away. I'm still tired but feel focused and able to put my day into perspective. Thank you so much Kassandra 💖

Good morning Kassandra, thank you so much for these videos!
