I have to admit I had grown accustomed to the short practices. The mind made a fuss looking at 37 minutes. Just allow and do! The hard work is behind me and now I have almost two weeks off. No need to worry about length.

Holy crap lady. From the bottom of my terribly anxious heart I thank you ceaselessly. I often have a difficult time controlling my anxiety; I get a terrible heaviness on my neck, shoulders, back, and chest. I've never tried Yoga in my entire life; never thought I would. I woke up today with a terrible anxious nausea. I don't know why it occurred to me now but I remembered being told by people that do yoga that it is amazing for relieving stress and anxiety. I have to tell you that after following along with your video today, I feel fantastic. It's amazing, it truly blows my mind how effective this was. I'm beyond convinced. As of today, Yoga is going to be (an important) part of my life. Thank you for guiding me today, and setting me off on this journey towards inner and outer peace. :)

This practice was not what I was expecting today, given the previous couple of practices. I had woken with a busy mind and that busy mind contained toxic thoughts towards people that I imagine most others, in their own families would hold dear to them. As I've finished the practice and I sit here typing and I feel calmer, less of the toxic thoughts are brewing though my mind. I feel more inclined to not dwell on that which I can't control and let it go or wash over me. Thank you Adriene, a new perspective to re-start my day. Namaste

Hello Adriene. I am a depression survivor. I had been fighting with it over 5 years, with medicine and everything. But with this channel and you, I now know that I am responsible for my own happiness. I just want to say that I am thankfull and you helped me a lot. More than a year since I last did this one. So nice. Don't skip it. U even fell asleep on the mat for I do not know how long. And it is even great for the initial stress caused by seeing the 37 minutes length 😊😝. Play day 23. 749 days in a row.

I was going to skip todays practice or push it off until tonight because I let myself lay around for a bit too long this morning and felt rushed, but I decided to make the time and do it and I’m so glad I did!!

Dear Adriene. A few years ago I have been going through a big emotional stress and was literally falling apart. I was ready to try anything just stop feeling so terrible. I found this video and decided to try yoga for the first time in my life. After the first try I felt like I was in heaven. All the pain just went away and I started to feel like a human again. Since then every day I do either a full routine from your channel or just basic yoga moves that help me to feel good all day long. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for changing my life! I recommend your channel to all of my friends and people who need help just like I needed some time ago. Lots of love and the appreciation from Latvia.❤️

Day 184 of the current run. Six months of daily yoga baby! The supine twist at the end was everything, it felt like someone grabbed my spine and just flicked it. In a good way.

10.23 🧘🏿‍♂️ Day Twenty-three of PLAY!
Today's practice really touched me. In the first few minutes, I was like 'Am I stressed?' I started to cry a bit while doing the deep breaths. Choosing to let go is such a good concept. Thanks, Adriene!

A butterfly flew right in front of my window during the chair pose variation. It made me smile even though I was kinda struggling :) YWA has really helped me to appreciate my surroundings and the little things in life :)) thank you Adriene x
