Your diet for this 30 days will be based on your body weight. We will determine your daily protein intake by hitting your long term goal weight as your daily protein goal. Your fat intake will be 20% of your daily calories and your carbohydrates will be equal to protein or make up the remainder of your calories. I like to set calories to 10x your current body weight unless you want to be super aggressive then we can set it to 10x your goal weight. This is in lbs, not kgs.

Burning fat, losing belly fat, losing love handles. The idea is that as we lose fat we lose this stubborn area of body fat and reveal a nice tight core. Losing belly fat is a process which requires fat loss until the area is reached where the desired fat comes off.

For cardio we are going to setup a daily plan, but you also want to add muscle. This means we need to ensure our protein goals are met but also get into the gym 3-5 days per week.

For cardio, we want to make this a daily routine of walking in the morning and then again at night.

I don't recommend going all in like this for 30 days unless you have a serious need.

Happy Birthday! 56yr. young female. Just wrapped up your Summer Transformation challenge. Helped me make another step forward in my fitness journey. Got 11 pounds off and able see some more of the muscle development I've been working on. I like what I'm seeing. Going to maintain here for a bit and keep developing muscle before doing anymore cutting since I'm at a good weight just need to burn another layer of fat off at some point down the road.
Thanks for all the great info. you put out! It's helped me a lot in understanding bodybuilding and achieving some of my fitness goals.

Paul, I absolutely love this video! So many coaches and/or influencers would tell a person that that is impossible to do to lose that much weight that quickly but you don’t do that. You tell us that it’s going to be tough but it’s possible and I really appreciate, your encouragement to everyone

Happy birthday dude. Nice work on your channel. Thanks for making it real. I’m 61 male. I crashed my paraglider 10 months ago. Broke ankle T 9 and dislocated my shoulder. I’m total back on my feet. Flying paragliders again and down to 10 % body fat. Thanks for your info. I train resistance, rings, weights, martial arts. I love to move and stay high

Happy birthday Paul, 54 here greetings from Bundaberg Australia. Starting the day with 1hr mountain bike ride out through the forest. 100kgs down from 125 kgs 10 more to go and I will be 90 kgs the weight I was when I was 26. Boy this last 10 is proving difficult to shift. Have an awesome day !

Will be 47 this Sunday (male). Have really been struggling with my weight and health the last few years with getting really caught up in keto/ carnivore craze. Have learned it's just not sustainable for me and my success in the past has always been based on the type of info that you and others like Layne Norton discuss.
