I already had a diet which was :
-drink 5-8 glass of water
-eat less
-eat slowly
-do atleast sport once a week

Thankyou so much watching this video has really inspired me to want to loose weight again. I need to loose about 25 kgs and I doubled my body weight just about from when I was younger and I know that it mostly has to do with too much sugar in coffee and cooldrink and junk food and too much carbs.
