I am 83 years old and have been doing these workouts for about two years. I recently suffered a mild stroke and have just started doing workouts again and am gradually increasing the time and strength of the workouts and am feeling great.

I do 20 mins of this walk in the morning and 20 in the evening. I'm already at a healthy weight. My goal is to remain active during the lockdown and not gain weight.
This is the best workout for me! I'm so grateful to Leslie 💚🙏

I’m 54 and I had a huge stomach, I started walking, I increased my miles from 2 to 4 to 7 and now I walk 8 miles a day! Some days I’m exhausted so I’ll do 5 or 6. I’ve lost over 14lbs so far! Walking works

I started 14 days ago. I lost 4 kg in the meantime in combination with intermediate fasting. I would like to thank you Leslie, for all the motivation and fun. I enjoy your workouts rally and I'm looking forward to them every new day. Stay healthy and have a nice time. 😉
Here is a little update: After 4 weeks I lost 8kg. Thanks a lot my private walking coach, you are the best!!!💪
Update after five weeks: I lost 10 kg. I can't believe it! Feels like..as I would watch myself melting. You changed my life Leslie.
Update After 6 weeks:
weightloss 11 1/2 kg. My legs, upper body and my core are working hard, but it's great fun too and this system really works guys! I'm the best proof. Thank you
Update after 7 weeks: I lost 12 kg. Yes, I see that it is slowing down now. But I am still loosing weight and that is all that matters. That's why I will go on walking with Leslie! Thank you for everything!👍👏
Hi everyone. Here is another update after nearly 3 months now: Unfortunately I'm going through a really challanging time in my life at the moment. This is why I nearly lost my motivation. The last 4 weeks I didn't do any walks and I also didn't have a look on what and how much I was eating. But now I decided to think positiv and help myself out of this little depression. Yesterday I started my daily routine again. And I recognized that I didn't gain any weight in the meantime. The only reason for that is you Leslie! You showed me how to activate muscels and how to get a fast metabolism. I'm so grateful that I get to know you. I'm highly motivated again. Do my walks and my pilates. Thanks for being there Leslie!!!!

To anyone who needs a little motivation, I have lost 3 kgs since I started walking with Leslie last month, and 6 kgs overall since I became more active in winters (down to 60.5 kgs from 66.5 around October) - but more than that, what I really love is the energy and enthusiasm that I feel throughout the day - her walks are by far the best remedy that I have found to beating the Winter Blues :)

I am from Kenya, started this program on 13/5/2021.I was 60kgs when I started, since then I have lost 4kgs am so excited and thankful to my nutritionist who introduced me to these exercises.

I've been doing this workout roughly twice a day for a month, I reduced my calorie intake but eat whatever I want as long as I stay under my daily calories which is 1, 800, and I've lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I only do roughly 30mins a day of exercise which is mostly always this video two times a day

I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended to my by my life coach. I’m 73 years old and I’ve lost 26 pounds and 40 inches (overall) Since the January 25. I switch up and do different videos at least 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. So so glad to have the videos. Our community doesn’t have a gym, but I don’t need one. I have one right on my iPad. Thanks so much

I'm a 24 year old woman who has chronic illnesses. I'm just starting to be able to work out again and these 20 minute videos are perfect! Doesn't send me into flare up or make me feel yucky, gives me a good workout and is nice and simple to follow ❤

My first day with leslie, on intermittent fasting with Paleo diet. I started with 80.7 Kgs. Now, I'm on 78 kgs. Will post weekly updates.
Week3 edit: @ 77.4 kgs.
Week4 edit: @ 76.9 kgs
Week6 edit: @ 75.6 kgs

On a break. Will get back to diet in couple of weeks and keep you all posted.
