Using mobile, I dont know where the hell goes 2 - 3 HOURS....But when doing this exercises, why the hell is this 45 SECONDS not ending ??

I'm 25 now. I'm not very fat, but I have some belly fat and a bigger upper body compared to my lower body. I started this workout plan and saw amazing results by the 4th day. I'm so happy to see my body shape improving and feel so healthy as I continue. Today is my 6th day, and I’ve already achieved the results I wanted. I plan to continue this workout three days a week after the 7th day. I think the results depend on your body size, so don't give up because this works. I have started this excerise Yesterday(25/07/2024) hoping to reduce my belly fat so my measurements are 35.
Let me see if I gonna do any change .
Please like this so I can get reminder.
Day 1: unable to do the flutter kicks completely for 45 sec so took break in between. can't sit nor walk for the whole day .
Day 2: I can do the whole workout as usual had the pblm at flutter kicks .
4 days I haven't done anything.
So let's start with Today again.
Day 1: Starting again became so hard.
But I wanna reduce my belly fat.
So here am.
All or ok, today Jumping Jack's became sort of hard for me.
And as usual flutter kicks didn't allowed me to have a good workday.😢.
Day 2: today I can do it without breaks except at flutter kicks.
At the end of the workout I can feel The burn in my belly.
Day 3: I don't have any motivation to do the excerise today but I want to burn my belly. So I did the workout and today I did the flutter kicks without taking breaks but at the end I can feel the pain in my legs. Am breathless after the workday. Come on guys we can do It
Day 4: As today I the weekend I really didn't have any motivation to do but my father woke me up forcing me to do the workout so here am again 😂.
So Today I checked my belly I lost an inch now my measurement is 34. Am really happy when I checked it. Even I only did for 3 days the workout managed to burn my fat. So I can say it worked and today I don't feel exhausted at all so I will try to do someother workouts 😅
Day 5 ( didn't do work out one day btw) yeah I can do it well am also gonna try some other work out cuz am not feeling tired yet 😂.
And also from today (5 aug) I will again update on (10 aug) since the comment is becoming a story 😅 but I will workout for 5 days definitely however I hope I won't get my periods. 😢
And can some please suggest if I can do it during periods??
So am gonna update regularly about this.

Here after 7 months...
My weight was 80kg and now I am 63kg. This video really helps.
I walked 10000 steps each day and followed this video. TRUST THE PROCCES GUYS👊🤝
