Hi guys,

Welcome to our first week of wellness month! Some of you might remember that during quarantine I completed a Pilates Teacher training course together with my friend Jason. I am excited to share more Pilates workouts on the channel soon. This is one of my first " classes" so bear with me on any mistakes! Practice makes perfect they say!

Pilates has really helped me tone my body and strengthen all the small muscles. I find this to be a great way to train strength, balance and core and hope you do too!

One of my personal goals during this month is to get stronger than I have ever been. What is your goal for wellness month? Please share with us so we can all help and support each other in this positive community! i wasn’t really in the mood to exercise, I started this workout but stopped after like 1 minute, but then I decided to push through and it was awesome! Loved this workout and it was intense yet so relaxing :) If you see this and you’re feeling the same way as I did, it’s ok, just be determined and try your best, you will feel so good afterwards!

Been doing this workout consistently for 3 months now, i can REALLY see a difference. it definitely hurt during the first few weeks but you get used to it. now the workout doesnt hurt anymore but it definitely made me sweat. my arms, legs, and abdominal muscles are formed. i did this without a diet change and im on my best shape with my body weight being one of the heaviest. my friends all say i look healthier and more toned. Will definitely continue to use this video again in my future.

I have corona, without symptoms. Wanted a gentle workout to keep the blood flowing while confined. This is so perfect. Thank you Sanne for radiating calm and kindness

I am still doing it every other day for like 2-3 months now, sometimes I have few days off and I do see the difference, especially in my 🍑 and thighs also abs and arms. Stick to it and you will tone your body 🥁 U do enjoy it even when it's still hard ! Don't give up 💪

Although this pilates workout is hard for a beginner like me, im actually seeing a real results immediately. Ive tried several pilates workout on youtube, but this one really gave me the result that i want

this workout is the one that every once in a while- when I need a calm and relaxing but steel an intense exercise that feels great afterwards, I find myself going back to this one.,  
I cannot count how many times in the past two years I did this workout, enjoyed it every time!!
