Thank you so much for not adding music! I’ve been clicking out of workout videos just because they have music in them, it’s quite distracting to me personally. I like to focus on moving my body and only listening to the instructor ❤

I think this is my favourite of your beginner workouts: it has so many good cues e.g. the shoelace metaphor is a great one. I am tight in my shoulders/chest, and the guidance to go to our maximum range while 'keep lengthening the ribcage towards the pelvis, and not hyper-extend the ribs up' when moving the arms above the head is really helpful. Paired with Full Spine Mobility sess from the app: perfect for a day when I wanted to go a bit gentler but still get a good challenge! Thank you!

Thank you Mira. I am so grateful to have found your channel. I have an injury to my left hand and had gotten frustrated with the limitations of hands free yoga options I was inspired to try PIlates. I found this beginner class to establish a good foundation, provided reasonable challenge and introduced several poses and exercises I had never been introduced to before, all hands free (other than the swan but that is primarily from back muscles pulling up rather than hands pushing down)!!. It looks like the free 5 day challenge may have some poses with hands but I will explore how I can adapt them to hands free. I look forward to doing more classes with you and learning more from you.
