Oh my God! it was so wonderful, I’ve been walking for a week without strength, no energy for training, and then I saw this workout and I think, hmm, I won’t be able to do it, and then I have such a surge of strength and energy! Thanks

Completed 15 days with 1 day of rest in each week and with proper diet. I lost around 4 pounds and it’s amazing . Additionally, I maintained walking 12k steps daily. Thank you so much for this amazing workout🙌🏻. Will stick to it for next 15 days💪🏻

LOVEE THE WORKOUT!! But you should do a voiceover talking about what we’re doing on each workout because It’s hard to concentrate on the workouts because I have to consistently be looking at the screen to see if I’m doing it right 😭

This is such a good workout, and is also very enjoyable - and I'm saying this as a person who absolutely HATES working out. This workout is not only challenging but also elegant in a way, and definitely helped me feel stronger and less stiff!

You don't understand how much I LOVE this video. I really like pilates however I get bored so easily ... But that was not the case at all with this workout. These 30 minutes really felt like 10 minutes. I'm just OBSESSED with your videos💓 Love from Belgium xo

I feel kind of ashamed since everyone else is saying how easy they thought it was. But I havent worked out in a long time due to depression and other life things going on thats made it hard to keep up with myself. This made me sweat so much its in my eyes but I didnt give up and am looking forward to doing more. Thanks

This has been my to go to exercise after any break from sickness or injuries. I have been sick for over a month and today just got the energy to exercise again. not only I find the moves to be relaxing and enjoyable and the music as well just makes me happy. Thank you so much 💓

That was the first pilates workout I did and it was absolutely great!! I was used to cardio and HIIT but after trying your workout I decided I'll stick to this. It makes you not only stronger and fitter but also happier for the rest of the day. Thank u <3

This is soo beautiful and elegant. I don't think I have ever seen something challenging and yet done gracefully. I can't wait to try this evening. I hope I can do it as beautiful as you (doubtful as I'm not that flexible but will keep trying). I'm thin but not so flexible which I'm trying to fix. Thanks for this.. ❤️🙏❤️

First time I’ve tried it too. Burned 250 cals! My heart rate even got super high. I was puffed by the end. But it was so worth it.
