I love Isa’s workouts! I get my muscles shaking without feeling like I’m fully dying lol. It’s challenging, but not to the point that it’s either discouraging or my form is a mess. Her moves activate muscles I didn’t even know I had XD Her workouts are also fun—this barely felt like 30 mins and my body feels so fantastic. I’ve really been struggling to find a workout routine that works with my schedule that actually makes me feel accomplished and ready to face the day. Thank you Isa! I plan to take up your 5 days for 3 week challenge you put out in this video 😊

I have found that once I reached my 40s… things are not as easy. Your classes are amazing. Now other exercises are much more easier. I am now on 3 weeks of your classes. Thank you so much!
