Loved this workout! The previews were good to see since I put my earbuds and listened to my own music while doing the moves.I like your pilates and instructional with no music videos better tbh since you have been an instructor and I like the pointers. Great low impact moves with the kettlebell moves in this one. 👌

This is great yet it really needs pointers. As someone who is working out with a 13.6kg kbell I need to know if my toes should be pointing out & if the lunge is full or halfway back. I prefer to hear the instructor talking throughout the video. Thanks
