When I get anxious I get the feeling that my throat is swollen and that I can’t breathe straight. Videos like this remind me that there’s nothing wrong with my body, it just needs some time to process big emotions and being present and paying attention to each part of my body really helps me. I hope it helps you too 🧡

My therapist has recommended meditation. I have generalized anxiety, ptsd and a major depressive disorder. It’s hard for me to relax.

Thank you for this! This meditation helped me so much! I have a few things to take care of today, but my anxiety always blows things up to bigger, more stressful proportions in my mind. This was a great way for me to take a break from anxious feelings and realize that things aren't as daunting as they might have seemed. Thank you so much!

im gonna try do this daily for next few months and try to see if my anxiety goes or comes to a point where noticing it is no biggie it always feels like a snake is toiling around my stomache but i felt it get better listening to this thanks headspace ❤

Wow this really help ngl, I still feel a little overwhelmed but I'll just do it again but I've been feeling like a third wheel in my friend group and it sucks and I wanted to tell them but kept getting scared and changing the subject. Hopefully I'll gain the confidence real soon
