This meditation session is a beautiful way to start or end your day. It is also excellent post active workout or when you may have a turbulent mind and could use a break, a breath of fresh air.

This gentle mindfulness practice is a gift and it’s here for you. You are invited to slow down, experience peace, and just be.

There is movement in stillness. There is power in the breath. Stillness can be challenging, but that is why this is a practice.

I absolutely adore this youtube channel. Yoga saved my life. I was so depressed and anxious and nothing I did helped until I discovered yoga with Adriene. She's nurturing in her approach and has taught me so much in so little time. There truly is no better medicine than practicing yoga. We are all humans on this earth stuck in the soul sucking cycle of capitalism, but with yoga i can wash that all away. Nothing here but me and my body and a computer screen that transports me to peace. Thank you for all that you do, it is so greatly appreciated.

I don't know why but I was feeling overwhelmed with all kind of emotions and thoughts for the past two days and I didn't even wanted to leave my bed but then I saw this video and to be honest I got emotional while doing this I don't know why but this definitely helped and reminded me why I should keep doing yoga ❤️

Beautiful meditation practice for starting a day but I felt surprised that after the practice I wanted cry a little, I don’t know why. Anyway, I’m still grateful for all the feelings and whole community from all over the world practicing yoga with Adriene with me. ❤️🙏

My family of three is moving cross country on Tuesday with only what we can fit in a Prius and for checked bags on an airplane. I’ve never been stressed like this, stillness was exactly what my body needed now. Thank you Adriene

This was a perfect way to slow down my thoughts. I have been experiencing a lot of panic attacks due to the anniversary of my father’s passing coming up. This practice helped me realize I just need a few moments to be able to gather myself and acknowledge my feelings at the same time. Thank you Adrienne!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect, what a mindful start to Monday morning here in the UK. I’ve got the flu at the moment so feeling grotty and unable to do my daily practice on the mat. I did this beautiful stillness practice before, and loved it. This time I feel it was even better, then before. I feel calm, renewed, and ready to get on eith my day. In doing this practice today, I felt myself slowly with each breath, slipping in to exquisite bliss, with just you, me, and my breath. WONDER ❄ | December 16, 2023 | Such a perfect practice to still the rush of the holiday prep. The body scan is particularly effective in bringing in the stillness. I was so relaxed after that I felt like taking a nap, alas I did this mid day and have things to do, but I feel I will do them slower and more mindfully after this. 🙏

i vividly remember when this video was released as it coincided with a life saving decision to dedicate myself to all things mindful. I was just becoming familiar with the basics of the practice & had only a slight grasp of what it meant to drop into stillness, never mind what stillness actually meant.Your other meditations as well as your yoga teachings baffled me when you used terms like "see what comes up." I wanted to let you know that you were highly instrumental during the start in my quest for awareness and I'm sure I'm not the only one with whom you resonated. I appreciate how you Incorporated your knowledge of mindfulness into our yoga practice. That said, I felt I had struck gold when you told me us we'd be ending with my a body scan. I come back to this all the time thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for being you how often do you hear that a lot yes? Well I hope so with you deserve it ❤️
