It should be illegal to have ads on a video for anger related meditation

I really enjoyed this just for 5 minutes. My rose turned like a turquoise blue. When I was done I wanted another rose, I love roses, thank you ! very interesting method.

I must say that out of a lot of meditation videos, this one helps me the most. I've also realized that it works better everytime. the first time it was kind of hard to picture myself in my happy place "for the full 4 minutes" but gradually, I got better at it. Thank you so much for this video!

It’s actually amazing that it is so short, I can easily incorporate it into a daily routine✨

By helping you develop compassion and kindness, meditative music can make your yoga practice more meaningful and enjoyable. When you become more compassionate and kind to yourself, you're also more likely to extend that compassion and kindness to others, and meditative music can assist in this development

I wish she wouldn't speak so fast and the meditation wasn't so rushed. I needed more time and ease to complete the exercise. I feel more stressed now instead of more relaxed. Gr. Arjan

This is the first thing that's helped me thank you so much! I will do it again. Agree that a bit longer would be great too, but I picked it because I needed something short :)

How do you find where the anger is in your body?

when i’m angry the last thing I want to hear is a woman

You don't understand angry people. You took so long to get to the point that my anger flared even more and I've lost interest. Instead of helping me diffuse my anger, you just made it worse. Angry people are not patient

Am I the only one who almost felt bad for the rose? 🫠
