I do hope that my repeated use of the words ‘Thanks’ in response to your meditations doesn’t seem any less meaningful than the first time you read it!
The timing and content of this meditation has struck the perfect chord! The words ‘heavy weight’ really resonate due to how I’ve been feeling very recently as a direct result of the current lockdown here in the UK and the impact of my MS. The affirmations then shifted my thought patterns and left me confident that continued use of this meditation alongside doing things such as my gratitudes will reset my mind to thinking and feeling, as you say in US terms: ‘you (I’ve) got this!’

thank you man, I totally needed this; for the past month or so, I’d use the three minute anxiety reduction meditation of yours when I needed it, and now, this may be my new “anxiety reduction” meditation break. Or meditation starter. Meaning I start a meditation session with this, and then listen to 432hz music and continue meditating afterward. Your videos have really helped me in lots of ways. So for that, I thank you. also when I first heard you I thought you kinda sounded like josh gad hahaha
