When he said that I was safe and ok in this moment, I started crying. So much of the day goes by with me feeling depressed, anxious, and stressed. But their's usually a moment at the end of the day, when everyone is asleep, and I can be at peace. I wish I could hold on to that feeling. Carry it with me always. But I can't.

I am so anxious and stressed out with my school assignments. There are so many deadlines I am rushing for, and my progress is very slow. When he said "I am here", I cried. It's such a relief, I feel better now, thank you so much.

I have a lot of health anxiety I know I have nothing serious since I don’t have a fever. I have to think positive and continue with life with a smile on my face everyday and enjoy life to the fullest I know I am not alone we are all in this together the lord will never leave me he will always be here for me❤️🙏🏼 Thanks a lot to my therapist for recommending me this video that will help me feel better with time of course to feel relaxed and thank you very much for posting this video I appreciate it a lot !!😊💙
