Hi all, this is a shorter one... 5 minutes (or really more like 6 minutes with the music breaks). Take a bit of time each day to reset and relax your mind!

Thank you. This short video is the cherry on the cake which I am going to add to the longer ones you have been providing us and are easy to find in your YouTube site which has been so helpful to me better than an apple day which is supposed to take the doctor away. Your professional approach to keep our mind and body centred and in n’armons, easier said than done, are the proof to me that we can help ourselves too and we know ourselves but need some guidance that you are providing free. To us to access it it is a little hard to find you but somehow little guides seem to be at work or what ever we would like to call it but it happen if we really want it to happen. This is, a great video for stress. It really helps me switch off at night after a long day at work. And even when I'm not at work. It helps me switch off. Such a calming voice he has. Thank you for such a good video and for helping me switch off.

Woah! I’ve been getting into meditation for health reasons and going through that meditation I felt things I never have before. Just an overwhelming sense of calm. So much so it was hard for me to come back to reality, almost like a sleeping state but awake and aware. Thank you for this!

I have very severe stress 24/7 and I am either doing or have tired every tip there is to reduce it even medications but it’s still so hard to get control of and it is to the point I am having very serious health problems from the stress and my doctor had to sit me down cause my stress level is at a point where I am in actual danger/trouble health wise
I journal all the time and it helps (started at 8yrs old and now I’m 23yrs old and I have filled/completed 64 journals), I go on walks that are meant to be somewhere new often and alone and the goal of the walk is to solely de-stress, and so much more.
I ended up getting into guided sleep hypnosis in order to help me sleep and calm down and it has really helped me but for some reason I just never thought of mediation so I recently have started trying it out to use during the day or any time I need to take my stress down but not go to sleep and it has so far helped me a lot! This video is actually one of my all time favourites because it is so helpful but also fairly short so it’s very easy for me to put on and do really anywhere at any time! Thank you for putting the time and effort/hard work into making these
