What i love about your meditations is that it evokes genuine pure emotions. We may hide or suppress some of them on daily basis, but then it shows up on the face itself. When I repeated mantra, I started smiling without realizing and controlling it. Wonderful feeling ♥️ Thank you, from my heart to yours🙏🏻

Thank you 🥺💞 my mind throughout this whole meditation kept getting distracted thinking about something that’s been worrying me. I tried very hard to just forgive myself the moment my mind Wondered off and just come back to the centering thought. I was so distracted today but I can be thankful that I tried. I have been meditating with you for the past 1.5 months or so, and the effects have been profound. Other than the “usual” benefits of calm, happiness etc, “visual” memory is coming back.
After years of working through depression and insomnia, my memory was shot. Moreover, I thought and recalled memories in words, rather than pictures. Honestly I thought this was just how my brain worked!
But now, sensory and visual memories are rushing in. Even childhood memories from long, long ago. I can hear, smell, see and even feel them. Memories I didn’t know I had forgotten.
It is so beautiful. I am so grateful to you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Love to you!
