Hey guys,

I hope you had an amazing week! Today I am hosting a live workout in the desert for the people in my Coachella house and I am SO nervous haha! It is such a difference teaching Pilates in person compared to teaching it online. I really enjoy doing this pilates workout every morning (sometimes twice a day) w/ some light weight. Slow and controlled movement got me feeling myself. Thank you so much, Sanne 💛
