I started this worlout 6 days ago and I couldnt even finish 2 reps because my core uscles are very weak but I kept coming back everyday and today "the sixth day" I went through the ENTIRE workout without stopping, I was so proud of myself. Your workouts are amazing and challenging Thank you so much 🙏❤️

I absolutely loved this workout! Please do more 20-25 minute full body workouts!! The exercises were so diverse and strengthening, yet I didn’t feel like it was over bearing. This is the perfect balance of workouts I need to get myself into summer shape!

i switched from the beginner one to this 20mins intermediate. Let me tell you at first trial I was like nah...I cant do this, and then I gave it another go and Im so glad I did. Every each time I do this workout Im able to push though it so much better and enjoy it so much. After like one week I can do the whole workout even do I still struggle most of the time. Cant wait to try other workout from you, Nicole! You are amazing!❤

Nicole packs a punch with EVERY workout of hers. I come back to her when I do not want to workout because her voice is so soothing and my muscles are always on fire. Never regret clicking on any of her workouts as the time FLIES! It feels like meditation. Synchronizing my breath with the pace of the moves is the most challenging part, but I am so comfortable with the Intermediate workouts now, that I think I would go to the advanced ones soon. Loads of love to you Nicole! the only regret I have is not having to find you earlier. <3

Thanks Nicole. I have been using your workouts for nearly a year now. They have helped me in my recovery from a Stem cell transplant, rebuilding my core and all over muscle tone after 9months in and out of hospital. The first time I did one I could hardly lift a leg off the floor, a year on I am now handling these intermediate ones and doing the whole thing. They are a great challenge, and I love the fact you can choose something to fit your time schedule. x

This is a great workout! I like the way Nicole progresses through the moves, some of which were new to me, in a smooth pattern. The session is packed full without staying in one position too long.

This is day 2 of doing this workout.

I started in September with the beginner pilates workout which i've been doing on occasion ever since. I thought I would try doing the workouts again a little bit more consistently.
However, I felt like the beginner workout had become a little too easy for me so I thought I would try this one. I started with very low expectations but to my surprise I managed to finish the workout, even though I almost failed at the last part with the planks.

Today was definitely easier than yesterday, even though it was still very hard. My abs feel a little bit sore but nothing excessive.


I'm writting this comment to hopefully hold myself accountable to update, continue working out and hopefully see some results.

So day 2 complete✔
The rest of the days ive been busybut ive been on the move in general.

Did it again today, it has become easier, especially the last part. I will continue doing this

Wow, first Pilates class I tried and I loved it so much. I have struggled with exercise addiction in the past and this workout really helped me to feel energised and happy but still felt like I had a good workout. More like this please xx

I’ve been doing Pilates every day except for Sunday’s since July 8th (it’s September 13th) and I’ve never been able to do a roll-up. But today when I did this exercise I did the roll-up. I’m so excited I finally did it!
