Bro I just want to say you are the man! I’m been a big weight lifter since the days of football awhile back. As time went on I slowly abandoned everything except weight lifting and noticed a higher body fat percentage than I’m used to. Thanks for getting me in check brother!

I lost 15 kg in 2 months with little bit helthy dieting like cutting to zero sugar intake and avoiding breads, butter, heavy oils and no to fast food special vegetarian fast food . I only take meals 3 times a day with approx 2000 cal per day... And doing this exercise 7 times a week🥵😵 bou the results are fantasting I am seariously looking handsome with a lots of physical, mental and social strength and with lots of confidence...

Great workout!

Started these a month ago and couldn’t keep up for crap. Now I only have a couple stops to catch my breath. (Controlling my breathing has always been hard for me with the timing but this is good practice) thanks! Down 15 pounds since I began. I still do strength training in the gym and go for runs in the park as well. It’s a puzzle and you need a good balance to be a strong athletic human. I neglected this and chased heavy weights for too long
