This 10 minute cardio workout class is an amazing and effective way to boost your metabolism, stimulate fat loss, and tone every muscle in your body in a very short amount of time. Weather you are short on time and need something fast and effective, or you are ready to take on a challenge and include this workout into your daily fitness schedule for the next 7 days. After completing 1-2 rounds of this fat burning HIIT cardio class, your body will be in its ultimate “fat burning zone”, which means as you begin to work through the other toning and sculpting classes you will be burning that unwanted fat and building lean and healthy muscles in an accelerated rate.

When completed as part of the 7 Day Cardio Challenge, the results that you will see and feel will be unbelievable! This one is so hard but it's the kind of exercise that if you do everyday, till the 3rd or 4th day you'll get the hang of it and complete it in one go. I had to pause this video 3 times on my first try but it's the fifth day of the challenge and I am completely comfortable, still losing my breath but I feel great :>

A big thank you to you Juliana and Mark for your amazing work. I started by doing your "21 days of sweat challenge", then your "boho in 10 days" DVDs that I've been doing for months over and over again. I've lost 5 kilos without trying to, and I became stronger, more flexible and more confident in my body. After 10 years of eating disorders, it means a lot to me. I tried almost every workout/yoga channel you can find on youtube. I also tried several workout challenges I've never been able to finish, except yours. Now I'm on round 2 of this one! It's been a year since you posted this workout challenge. This is one of my favorite workout from your channel...I keep on coming back to this every time I feel the need to.
