so excited to see new workout, especially ALL STANDING and NO JUMMPING in 10 min, , thank you love, , , your video is my daily workout, I too lazy to have my mat on, so I just bare foot and do the workout.. lol... I do 10 min workout every 3 hours, start at 12pm 3 pm 6pm and at night 9pm I do 30 min all standing and no jumping workout, , and its all from your video.. I appreciate your effort

Love it! I work from home with an infant and this workout take up little space, no jumping so it's quiet when he is sleeping but I'm sweating so it's also effective 🎉❤❤❤

You have the BEST workouts I have tried everyone and the talking and breaks drive me nuts I am here to work out not visit. I can only do standing as I get dizzy with up and downs etc. Thankyou
