This routine combines 2 topics:
▸ hardcore sixpack exercises, to train our core muscles and BUILD visible abs
▸ cardio movements that get our heart rate up, to BURN calories and fat.
= getting rid of the fat, so we can SEE the abs we trained :)

Make sure to give it YOUR ALL during all those climbers! Go as fast and hard as you can. You are with me for those 10min anyways, make them count!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!

this workout is 11 min instead of 10 😂😂 #forgiveme. But I felt like the combo is so perfect, I didn't want to cut out any of the CLIMBERS hihihi

I took me a while to realise, when I workout I’m focusing PURELY myself, I shouldn’t be focusing on what people will see me as . News: I’ve been doing Pam’s ab workouts for about 2 months total… and now I can sit up and do the hair flip with her at the “well done” part! Trust me, they work. I see more definition around my abs and a bit less fat.

Completely unmotivated today. I thought let's skip one day but somehow took out the mat and did a HIIT cardio and this ab workout. Hated every single minute of it but proud of myself for completing it.
You got it people. A few minutes is better than doing nothing. Keep at it 💜
