50 year old Funk takes you through a 10 minute bodyweight workout for men over 40. Perfect workout no equipment workout to help burn fat and calories and great fasted workout as well.

Metabolic Bodyweight Blaster Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. Complete all 10 exercises and repeat for 2-3 rounds.

1. Seal Jacks 0:40
2. Push Ups 1:40
3. Forward Lunges (Alternating) 2:40
4. Abs Hip Raises 3:40
5. Jumping Jacks 4:40
6. Superman 5:40
7. Mountain Climbers 6:40
8. Close Squats 7:40
9. Planks 8:40
10. Burpees 9:40

Guys, I planned on doing 3 rounds as he suggested, but every time I finish a round he says 3 more rounds.
This is my life now.

after two weeks (yes I am a fat weakling) I don't have to pause the video for resting anymore, now I can do this twice straight without pausing. Thanks to funk, you're an amazing motivator.

This works. It's been a month I am following this particular workout and have lost 4 kg ~ 9 lbs. Made some minor changes gradually: from 30, 30 went on to 45, 15 secs.
Keep grinding man!

I'm a 67 year old man. I did one round of this for the first time today. Going to try for two rounds in two days. You are the MOST motivating fitness coach on YouTube!
Two days later: did two rounds. Aiming for 3!

I know this is designed for men over 40, and I'm only 27, but I tried this out for the first time yesterday and I'm hooked. I've been hanging around 260 pounds for the last year and have decided to take back my life through exercise. Doing this routine has made me sweat more than I ever have in the last year and gets my heart racing in such a good way. I can feel life being inhaled back into my body with each deep breath. I just finished my second day of this, and although I can only handle 2 rounds of it, I can tell it's going to be insanely beneficial for my body.

Seriously Funk, I don't know if you'll ever read this but I've been doing this workout for about a month and I've lost almost 10kgs! I went from 102kg to 93kg, and I finally see some muscle on my body. I really needed something to feel good about since the past two months have without a doubt been the worst in my life, and you gave me the tools to do just that. I plan on doing even better in the following months!

You are an absolute legend, seriously man, you don't know how much this helped me go through really rough sh*t. I can't even begin to thank you enough.

Decided to give this a try again since back in September (~120kg) I couldn't even get through the Pushups without dying (After a 5 minute warm up that is)....Today ( `105kg) though, I did the same 5 minute warm up and killed this set til the very end!!! I'm SUPER PROUD of myself and I'll be aiming to kill two sets of this workout by the end of March!!!

Writing this comment from Bangalore India. During lockdown in india starting last week of March, I started using this video to follow the workout. I started with just one set and in a week's time increased it to three. It's May end so nearly two months and I have lost around 10 kgs. My diet is more or less same. More importantly my belly is almost gone! Now I have just added another 4 minutes work out from same guy to focus on my abs! This workout regime is just too good! Thanks for publishing this on YouTube where anyone sitting in any corner of the world can get benefited from it.

My first attempt at this workout. I’m 6’3 and 105kg with probably 35-40% body fat (mostly stomach) and I found this workout really helpful. The first round was difficult but I didn’t start to really struggle until the second round (I didn’t go for a third) I still managed to do all the exercises, although I’m most proud of myself completing the 30 second plank on round two as i was screaming in pain the last 10 seconds. Thanks so much man, I’m going to do this daily for sure and work on extending it myself and doing more rounds, I’ve taken my ‘before’ photos so hopefully I’ll start seeing a difference in coming weeks/months!
