Today, we're getting straight to the point with a 10 minute HIIT workout designed to increase your heart rate to burn the maximum amount of calories in a short amount of time. Each exercise is 40 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.

I really enjoy your videos and would be thrilled if you included a video workouts for smaller waist and the 11 abs because the abs workout in your channel is primarily geared toward guys and it makes my waist a little broader. Please perform the 11 abs workout in a video. Thank you so much !
