Each exercise will be 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Exercises:
0:20 Push Ups
1:20 High Knees
2:20 Up Down Plank Jacks
3:20 Lunge, Squat & Lunge
4:20 Diamond Push Ups
5:20 Jump Squats
6:20 Mountain Climbers
7:20 Scissors & Flutters (4 each then switch & repeat)
8:20 Bicycle Crunches
9:20 Burpee Push Ups

🚨 The REST timers are incorrect. They are set to 20 seconds and should be 15 seconds. So get ready to work when the rest time hits 5 secs. Sorry about that, but go CRUSH this workout 💪🏽🏋️‍♀️

Very good warm-up to a workout. Gets the blood flowing and ur muscles warmed up prior to a workout. If I’m doing a really challenging workout I’ll do 30 sec work and 30 sec rest instead of 45-15. Try it

As today is a "rest" day for week 3. I just did this. Woke me up from my haze and malaise. Will do 10 min and shortly. Even on our down days we got to keep plugging away
