INTENSE 10 MINUTE FAT MELTING HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT [10 SECOND BREAKS]

Let's burn some calories and MELT some FAT with this at home 10 min hiit cardio workout. SPEED EDITION!! As always, I will be working out along with you as your virtual trainer, to not only show you each of these exercises, but to also push you to keep going! Don't quit on me!

If you need to take an extra rest break, or drink some water, feel free to pause the video, and pick back up where you left off. Eventually you will get to the point where you can push your self to finishing the entire 10 minute session for the gains! IF YOU STAY CONSISTENT!

There will be 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. 10 different exercises! No repeating movements[with the exception of jumping jacks! Whether your goal is to lose weight, get shredded, or build muscle you can benefit from this video!

This workout will get you sweating more than ever within just a few minutes of it beginning. Make sure you bring water, and maybe a towel if you're at home on a hardwood floor surface!

Firstly I'm not able to complete all these exercises in one go even though I'm only 24, but after practising for 10 days today I'm finally able to pull off whole 10min Hiit. Feeling great.

I’m 27 years old just got out a 6 year relationship and came out with 2 kids on top of it. I used every an excuse everyday for last 5 years not to stay in shape and now I’m the worst shape I’ve been in my life, now working my Ass off to get to new form of myself new mindset, new health, new body.! Thats why I started following you after doing research and reading comments this community behind you is very uplifting. Day 1: ✅ hard as hell did it four times
Day 2: ✅ still hard
Day 3: ✅ hard, but easier
Day 4: ✅still pretty intense
Day 5: ✅meh
Day 6: ✅mid
Day 7: ✅after 1 week, it feels easy, and I lost some belly fat
I’ll keep editing to show y’all my progress ✅ means i did it and ❌ means i didn’t.

Doing this at 5:11am man. One of the best HIITS that I can keep going on but still it’s very difficult too but easy to follow

I'm down 12 pounds in 1 months good balance diet with cardio and strength training. If you are aiming to lose weight always remember it's calories out vs calories In!! Good luck on your journey everyone!!

- your workouts are great. Well structured and good intensity
- the video is so well done. You seem to have a great formula - total workout countdown clock, countdown bar for the exercise, and preview of the next exercise

And you don’t waste a ton of time with a long intro, too much talking, etc.

Just did this for the first time for 2 sets man I am drenched. Recently had my first child my daughter. We all know what comes with that (dad bod) lol, but I'm back on the bullyjuice calisthenics workouts mixed in with my weight lifting, and i'm finding that love again for working out again. I've been following you for a while now. love what you do and how this community has grown keep being a blessing not only to me and others, but the more that is coming to this page everyday.

I will be 47 next month and have done other HIT workouts, and Im proud to say I did this workout without any trouble. My endurance and strength have increased, I thank God for being able to do this HIT exercise after healing a completely torn ACL, naturally myself. ❤ Thank you for the workout.

Oh wow Bully! Keep these vids coming, I’m doing a mix of your FBody workouts with and without dumbells and these HIITs keep me on top of my cardio, had 10mins to squeeze in today, wasn’t sure if it would be enough of a session, but you’ve delivered again, great session.

This is such a fun workout, 5months pregnant and the workouts are easy to alter if unable to, and it’s such a great way to move in the mornings. Your video format and style makes it easier to follow along to/understand compared to others
