So I have been doing this workout video 5 days a week for the last 6 weeks while I was away from home on work travel. Didn't have access to a gym or my beloved home gym. Well, I just got back home, and it didn't dawn on me until my girlfriend noticed I looked a little more trimmed. On the scale, 12 lbs lighter. This little routine works. Got my vote. I'll keep this! So Im a 40 year old guy - inert office job, not really exercised since I was about 19 (!). Decided it was time to focus on health, but have had to start slow, as coming from a point of very low fitness. Started after my wife bought me some workout gear 5 weeks ago for my birthday, initially just doing this 10 minutes every day. Have now progressed to doing this 10 min workout plus either 15 min standing abs or 20 min upper body, 6 days a week. Lost roughly 5lb in 5 weeks, but the difference in how I feel in terms of strength and stamina is staggering (could only do 6 push ups at the end initially - now can do 17) and I can tell my body shape has changed - less soft, better definition. For someone like me, starting really from zero, its been a fantastic starting point. No ulterior motive in posting this but if youre looking at this as someone like me, wanting to do better but not knowing where to start -
I urge you to give this a go. 👍

Didnt feel like running this morning. Did this work out TWICE in a row. 1st time burned 60 calories according to my fitbit, 2nd time burned 74, with a total of 134 calories. Reading the comments, I saw that you will keep burning even after your done. Ive done multiple of your workouts and love the intensity. I sweat, my heart rate goes up. I'm happy. Keep them coming!

I completed a year of training with you, especially I can't go to the gym sometimes more than two hours a day, and I stopped when I was sick only, and I feel a change in my body and my standing.

I have been using this workout for a while now mix with others from him and I love it. The layout is awesome and the finishing music is so encouraging. The only negative of this video is to quick beat comparing the pace of some of the exercises.

Stop worrying about the amount of calories please, it all depends on your height and weight, but the good thing is this exercise covers almost every muscle of your body and you shouldn't just count the amount of calories you burn't during the workout cause even after the workout you in fact burn calories ( which reaches up to 180 to 210 depending on the person), with a person who aims for weight loss this is a good way to start your routine but sticking to this isn't that efficient, . but its a good way to start exercising

By the end I ran in between breaks and only made it to 120 by the end. But it’s subjective to a certain extent. I find if you work out before another work out you burn more because your heart rate is already up.
