These are so helpful. I am almost 60 and the first time i did squats ALL wrong, i could only do two. Now i can do 20 easy and still learning form. Your videos are so helpful for us non gym rats. Thanks for your sharing your knowledge.

I have been performing All of these for at least 40 yrs. If you weight train along with meditation while combining exercises similar to these, you will notice the difference. These movements help with martial arts as well.🥷
And it's fun.

Great stuff. I love child’s pose and recently discovered the cossack squat. These make a big difference vs doing no yoga or stretching at all.
