Awesome channel, im 60 yrs old with bad back and sciatica so this is low impact. I recently quit smoking 85 days now and gained several pounds, besides eating right and doing exercises...Would you have any advice on how to get rid of the belly weight. I don't like it!! Thank you for any advice you have.
