This was definitely the perfect amount of challenge and also it was actually doable and I was able to complete the whole thing! It went fast and it was one of my favorite workouts I have done with madfit.

thank you for the work you do with clear workouts that are easy to follow, I started really working out through these, as someone who dreaded gym class, this been the only training that has been encouraging and not overwhelming, these workouts have made me actually enjoy working out and keeping it up
