Follow along and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you build muscle and strength using compound movements and a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

This is a great beginner workout, really should be in the title! My first few times I did have to stop and take extra breaks but now I’m at the point where I can get through just following along!

Just had a medical procedure done and couldn’t wait to work out again. I struggled with the leg combo. I wish there had been a modification. But, I’ll work up to it. As always, thank you for the videos!! I really appreciate them!

Seem to be hard to get a answer and have no wheres where anyone post there workputs and results 😅 ..anyone been doing there 20 min workoits for a while and get any gains or help with fatloss and muscle ?? Are 2 rounds same time frame each move really enough volume after a while to keep seeing results ..please help also how does your weekly routine look like as i was told i need to follow a program that has enough volume and progressive overload 4 to 5 times a week iv been doing 3 videos not sure if its enough and hutting each muscle group anough.
