Woke up with some bad hip joint pain and have been out of my Yoga practice the past few weeks. This short, sweet yoga class was an awesome prescription to get in some movement, make my morning more bright, give me more energy to start the day, and heal up some of that discomfort. I really needed this set today! For it to have been a 10 minute stretch, we targeted a decent amount of muscles that e=need that extra attention in the morning 🎀

I am so glad that I did this. I struggled midway through because I am used to being able to do all of the stretches but my body is getting older and i have to work harder but I feel refreshed! Thank you!
