This is DAY 4 of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge.
Today's class is a 15 minute morning yoga full body stretch for sore muscles.
Throughout our sleep with our body being so stagnant, we tend to build up tension and achy muscles which makes this the perfect routine to stretch the entire body finding tension relief.
This morning yoga class can be used after a workout or anytime you feel muscle soreness.
This full body yoga will have you feeling ready to take on your day.

2+ Pillows or bolsters (Optional)
2 Yoga Blocks (Optional)

im trying to follow your advice and do these right after my morning pee and its really nice having the first thing i do in the morning is stretch instead of go on my phone lol

That was incredible. I did my first workout in awhile yesterday, and this was great for relaxing my sore muscles in my legs and bum. Definitely keeping this in my daily routine.

Wow this is the first full body yoga video I’ve followed that actually felt full body. It stretched muscles I didn’t even know were sore and other muscles that I’ve never been able to stretch before that had been giving me so much pain. I’m definitely going to use this more.

Thank you so much for this video, as I really needed one to address "sore muscles" ( out in the cold, walking on dirt for our Church's Living Nativity two evenings in a row at least an hour..my lower back, right foot and knee are "screaming at me"). And i used to struggle so hard to get that mind muscle connection while practicing yoga and the minute i found your account it clicked and ive never felt so relaxed and intune with my body during the times i do yoga

I don't know what it is Bird, but every time we're in child's pose and you remind me to relax my shoulders and arms, they just release! I've had some issues with my shoulders and arms. I had a shoulder injury that wasn't treated when I was younger and it's been a long journey to help them. There's just something about it when you bring awareness to our arms and my shoulders, and neck and other related areas just relax and it feels amazing! I've usually had pain in child's pose with my upper body but something is just clicking and it feels like a release into a deep stretch without pain. Thank you, Bird!!
