I normally work out at home, don’t really have a lot of time to hit the gym so home works best for me! I’m 60 years old trying to get back into shape. Really enjoy the body weight excercises. Thank you!

Josh been doing your beginning workout stretching. For 3 weeks now. Then tried just squatting..oooh. it's a tough battle for this 58 yr guy. But it's so worth it. I feel so much better overall. I think it's helping with toxins leaving my body. For a ex addict. This is great

Uuuggg, I’ve been doing a bunch of this stuff and I was getting discouraged because people were saying you can’t build muscle with just body weight, you need weights and overload and you’ve totally gave me renewed courage!!!

Hey Josh,
I exercise three days at the gym, most days at home, and hike or bikea couple days a week. I've been exercising for years, so I have basic strength, but as a chronically injured aging woman, I've gained a lot of mobility since following your routines. I still have a damaged meniscus, which I need to work around, but I can feel my ankles and joints opening up and my mobility increasing. Thank you so much for sharing these videos, they are really helping me!

I started this workout years ago, from the beginning. As I have done over the years, I've unlocked those hidden muscles and....this never has gotten easier. The pride in doing every movement perfect is the reason!

Most exciting workout channel I've come across. I think it's cuz you work out outside. I love being outdoors. Following along at home but eventually I'll be outside with these routines.

Trying to come back from a injured back, knee, arm you name it. I've gotten so weak from lack of movement. Shot brother for showing me this. Day one today and I've exposed all my body weaknesses with a sweat.

Thank you Josh for getting me to move and open up! With the hot humid weather my fibromyalgia is acting up (my muscles are fatigued and burn at rest) so normal cardio is hard to do but these short workouts are great for me. I go at my on pace and surprise myself when I finish still standing!!

I haven’t go to the gym in years and I’m in the best shape of my life from working out at home, 3 days upper body, 3 days for legs and yoga on Sundays, I mostly watch Buff Academy channel but I’m starting to watch this channel too, and I really like it 👌🏽

Ran across a new video from Strength Side. Thanks a lot for continuing to produce during this non productive time. I use many of your body movements in my workouts. As a result, I'm in much better shape than almost any other 61 year old I can think of. Thanks again

Would love a weekly follow along workout plus weekly nutrition vids that follow. Just something to spice up and do for a week along with the daily mobility routine everyday. Could be beginner, intermediate, advanced. Keep up the incredible content!
