Follow-along and crush this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This training session helps to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a moderate tempo per rep it also has an element of cardio and core moves that will ramp up calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

This cardio queen strength...Especially weight training, but this workout is the perfect compromise. Its 20 Minutes, Intense and burns the whole body! 10/10

Love the warm-up and modifications. Wish there was a cool down as well. That is as crucial as the warm-up.

What's the modification for the tricep dip hip raise? I can't do those no matter how long I've tried, I just do my own modification 😢
